What time do you deliver and pick up?
We take pride in delivering before most people are awake. We will deliver inflatable by 6:30 am unless other arrangements are made. We drop off in the morning and pick up some time after sundown. The personalized greeting you submit for the recipient will be handwritten on a postcard and tied to the front door.
Tell me more about donut delivery?
Donuts are an add-on option only. We partner with a local donut shop to deliver hot, fresh donuts. We pick up the donuts at 5:30 am and deliver them in a tote back to your front step. Sorry, donuts are not gluten free or made in a peanut-free facility. You can choose whatever letters (or hearts/stars) you want. You have 15 letters/numbers/shapes to work with. Message info@inflationcelebrations.com with any questions. We can invoice you if you need extras. Whatever you need. Let us know! They always smell delicious en route to deliver. As much as we want to eat them on our way they always make it to you safely!
Tell me more about the add-on signage?
We offer small yard signs that can be placed next to inflatable. The birthday cakes don’t need one unless you have a special occasion such as a: Golden Birthday, Sweet 16, Fabulous & Forty, Double Digits…etc, some of our other inflatables that don’t have signage—for example, the princess, super hero, party hat or other options allow you to choose signage to put next to them such as: Happy Birthday, Thinking of you, Homecoming?, Prom?, Get Well Soon, etc. These add-on signs are only $3. Signs are 12×18.
Will you deliver to a business address?
Most definitely, we would love the opportunity to do so. We have set up for silent auctions, gymnastics centers, leasing facilities, orthodontic offices, and etc. If you have special delivery instructions, please note on order form. We have delivered to residential addresses, too, for individuals to set up themselves for a co-workers birthday, anniversary, or etc. Inflatables are lightweight and easy to transport. Just plug them in and they inflate in seconds. Bring inflatable back home and leave on your front porch for pick up in the evening. Co-workers love this calorie-free birthday treat!
Do you offer multiple order discounts?
For sure! We would love to take the burden off you and put all of your family’s special events on our calendar now. If you plan to submit more than one order for the same address, we will send you a 20% off coupon code. Email us at: info@inflationcelebrations.com. Sorry, must do this in advance, refunds will not be given.
Is it possible to rent for more than one day?
Yes, an extra $20 per day will be added to your invoice. The current order form does not allow you to do so, but please email us at: info@inflationcelebrations.com and we can invoice you instead.
What happens in the event of inclement weather?
We will deliver, rain or shine. If you prefer a refund if weather looks bad on date of delivery, we are happy to do so. In over two years of business, weather has not been a big factor in helping to deliver cheer. That being said, for safety concerns, if unable to deliver we would undoubtedly refund your money. One of our favorite photos we received from a previous customer with inflatable was holding a umbrella. If you are concerned, call us at 1-800-805-1070.

Is the rate the same no matter which inflatable I choose?
